Dr Razi Ahsan

Dr. Razi Ahsan is a consultant oral and maxillofacial surgeon working in and around NCR. He has trained in the specialty field of oral and maxillofacial surgery from Government Dental College and Hospital, Shimla for three years. He has done his BDS from Government Dental College and Hospital, Patiala. He also has experience of working in the department of dental and oral surgery at Lady Hardinge Medical College and Hospital as a house surgeon. During his post-graduation, he has trained in surgical dental extractions including Wisdom Teeth, Placement of Dental Implants, Bone Grafting, Orthognathic Surgery and Reconstructive Cosmetic Maxillofacial Surgery, Maxillofacial Fractures, Cysts, Tumors and Infections as well as non-surgical and surgical management of Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders including minimally invasive surgery such as arthroscopy of the Temporomandibular joint and reconstruction of the TMJ. He is a member of the Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery of India. He has authored several scientific publications in national and international journals. He has also presented scientific poster at national conferences. He keeps himself up to date to the latest in the field of medicine, dentistry and oral and maxillofacial surgery by attending state and national level seminars, workshops and conferences.
